Detail: Oriental Dreamgirl

This is a detail of a painting I'm working on right now. Detail size is about 1500 px on the longer side (@ 450 dpi), which is less than half of the original painting's shorter side. Nothing humongous then.

I've been painting this for a bit less than 7 hours. School starts in 50 mins, fat chance of me getting there (I'm not even trying). You can see that the painting is in WIP-stage. But this detail's almost completely painted, just lacking some tweaking and small fixes. (Two WIP shots are available in my scraps.)

I will be doing several paintings like this one. Actually, I've been meaning to do those for ages. And if I ever get 12 of them ready, then I'll do my calendar of this series. ^^
